Executive Leadership and Stakeholders
Jeanna joined Buildings Consulting Group, Inc. as Chief Executive Officer in 2020. Her responsibilities include creating and implementing company purpose and vision, human resource management, overseeing sourcing and procurement and working closely with the company's executive leadership to oversee company operations, business planning initiatives and developing long and short-term strategy for the company. Before joining BCG, Jeanna spent 7+ years in marketing, communications, and recruitment working in the non-profit sector for United Blood Services of the Dakotas.
Brent joined Buildings Consulting Group, Inc. as President in 2020 and currently holds responsibility for business strategy, operations management, business development, and finance. In his 14+ prior years in the building and construction industry, Brent worked in the composites division of one of America’s largest fenestration manufacturers over which time Brent held multiple executive staff level positions leading teams in operations, supply chain management (procurement and logistics), and new business development.
Lewis is a founder of Buildings Consulting Group, Inc., with over 40 years of professional engineering experience in structural condition assessment, design, and construction project management. He has been personally in charge of many hundreds of structural engineering and restoration engineering projects in the Twin Cities area and other states. He is an active registered professional engineer in the States of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio, South Dakota, Iowa, Missouri, and Nebraska.
Keith is a Senior Consultant specializing in the forensic review, analysis, design, and implementation of repairs to buildings. He provides his over 42 years of engineering experience on hundreds of exterior building envelope, parking structure, and infrastructure restoration projects to a successful result.
Leadership Team
Steve is a Principal Engineer with Buildings Consulting Group with nearly 40 years of extensive experience in material evaluation, water entry analysis, structural analysis, design of re-construction/repair, life cycle cost analysis, construction documents preparation, and construction administration for the repair of brick, block, stone, terra cotta, concrete, pre-cast concrete, curtain wall, steel, composite panels, stucco, EIFS, and wood facades. Besides the typical duties of a consultant, his duties include technical expert for the company staff as well as business development, project management, and assisting legal counsel on projects as an expert witness. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and a licensed civil engineer in the States of Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Dan has been practicing engineering since 1997 with a focus on structural and renovation design, structural condition studies, forensic evaluation, and construction management. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota and is a licensed Civil Engineer in the State of Minnesota.
Ryan is an Associate Principal Engineer with Buildings Consulting Group with over 20 years of experience in the evaluation, design, and construction administration for the repair of brick, block, stone, terra cotta, concrete, precast concrete, curtain wall, stucco and EIFS facades. Ryan’s experience includes consulting on various building types including commercial, educational, medical, parking, and mixed-use facilities. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and is a licensed civil engineer in the State of Minnesota.
Mark Duncan is an Associate Principal Engineer for Buildings Consulting Group with over 20 years of design experience. He is responsible for managing restoration and new design projects, as well as evaluation, design, and construction project management. Mark works with clients to identify their needs and repair priorities to deliver the best quality service. His experience includes structural engineering design, post-tensioning concrete evaluation and restoration, façade, and forensic evaluations. Mark is committed to delivering a clean quality product, building relationships, and mentoring young engineering professionals. Mark has his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Structural Emphasis from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities Campus. When Mark is not at the office, he can likely be found hiking or camping with his local scouting unit.
